Brake Pipe is used as a component in automobile brake system. To transfer braking fluid when automobile braking. Ensure braking force can be well transferred to braking pliers to assure braking function.

1. Cleanliness：residual impurity inside ≤ 0.194mg/cm2
2. Expansion Volume of Brake hose: not less than 0.35mL/m under 6.9Mpa; not less than 0.55mL/m under 10.3Mpa
3. Burst pressure: Not less than 49Mpa for brake hose and not less than 110Mpa for brake pipes.
4. Brake Hose Tensile Strength Test: Not less than 1500N.
5. Salt spray Test: No red rust for joint during 480h; no red rust for tube during 1000h
Brake Pipe is consist of double wall steel tube, bolt joint, clamp. OD of tube include φ4.76、φ6、φ8 three specifications. We supply the goods as assembly packing.
